H-förmiger Stahl ist eine Art Stahlträger aus gewalztem Stahl, der nach seiner Querschnittsform benannt ist, die dem Buchstaben „H“ entspricht. Da alle Teile des H-förmigen Stahls im rechten Winkel angeordnet sind, wird der H-förmige Stahl aufgrund seiner hohen Biegefestigkeit, einfachen Konstruktion, Kosteneinsparung und seines geringen Strukturgewichts häufig verwendet. Die Querschnittsform von H-förmigem Stahl weist eine vernünftige Struktur und hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften auf. Da die Innen- und Außenseiten der Beine parallel sind und die Enden der Beine im rechten Winkel stehen, können 25 % der Schweiß- und Nietarbeiten eingespart werden. Dank seiner großen Tragfähigkeit und guten Profilstabilität wird es häufig in großen Gebäuden wie Fabriken, Brücken, Schiffen, Hebe- und Transportmaschinen, Gerätefundamenten, Konsolen, Gründungspfählen usw. eingesetzt.
Kanalstahl wird in vielen Anwendungen häufig verwendet. Es gibt drei Haupttypen von Oberflächenbehandlungen, die je nach Zustand kodiert sind. Selten verwendeter geschwärzter oder unbehandelter Stahl ohne Schutzschicht ist anfällig für Rost. Feuerverzinkung und Grundierung sind übliche Behandlungen. Eine verzinkte Oberfläche widersteht Umwelt- und Witterungseinflüssen und eine Grundierung ist sogar noch besser. Sie können entsprechend Ihrer Anwendung eine beliebige auswählen.
