The S355JR high strength hot rolled steel coil is a structural grade manufactured to the EN 10025-2 standard, providing a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa. This high strength level allows engineers to reduce material thickness and overall weight while maintaining structural integrity, making it a cost-effective solution for heavy construction, bridge building and demanding industrial applications. The grade retains good weldability and dependable low-temperature toughness.

Supplied in the hot rolled condition with a clean, uniform surface, the coil is available in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 12mm and widths from 1000mm to 2000mm, with standard inner diameters of 508mm and 610mm. Each lot is fully traceable and accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate detailing chemical composition and mechanical test results.

Coils are protected with anti-rust oil and waterproof paper, secured with steel strapping and packed in export-grade seaworthy bundles with edge protection. Pre-shipment inspection is standard, with SGS and BV third-party testing available on request. Production is managed under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
