2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Coil - High Strength No.1 Finish

Our 2205 duplex stainless steel coil combines the best properties of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels, offering twice the yield strength of conventional 304/316 grades (≥450 MPa vs ≥205 MPa). With approximately 50% austenite and 50% ferrite microstructure, this material delivers an unmatched combination of strength and corrosion resistance. The hot rolled No.1 finish is ideal for heavy industrial applications including pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, and offshore structural components. This product is in strong demand from Middle Eastern oil & gas, European chemical, and Southeast Asian marine engineering sectors.
