Zero Spangle Galvanized Steel Plate Skin Passed 0.3mm-2.0mm Painting Grade

Zero spangle galvanized steel plate is produced by controlling zinc crystallization so that the surface shows no visible spangle pattern. After skin passing, the sheet becomes exceptionally smooth and uniform, giving a clean appearance and a level base for painting, printing and powder coating.

HYX supplies zero spangle plate from 0.3mm to 2.0mm with zinc coatings from 40 to 275 grams per square metre. The smooth surface improves paint adhesion and reduces surface defects, making it a preferred material for exposed panels that must look clean and accept a high quality finish.

The smooth zero spangle finish is widely used for appliance housings, electrical cabinets, air conditioning panels and advertising boards where appearance matters. Its even surface takes paint and graphics cleanly, producing a neat finish with minimal preparation.

It also suits automotive interior parts, furniture, shelving and general painted metalwork. Designers select zero spangle plate when they need the corrosion protection of galvanized steel together with a smooth surface that will not telegraph a spangle pattern through the final coating.

Every lot is checked for coating weight, thickness and surface condition, and shipped with a mill test certificate. HYX can arrange SGS or BV inspection when independent verification is requested.

Sheets are bundled with steel strapping, protected by waterproof paper and stacked on wooden pallets for container loading. Export packing prevents moisture, edge damage and surface marking throughout ocean transport and can be customized to suit customer handling needs.
