Anti Fingerprint Galvanized Steel Plate AFP Coated 0.4mm-1.5mm Appliance Grade

Anti fingerprint galvanized steel plate carries a thin transparent film that prevents skin oils and dust from leaving marks on the surface. The treatment keeps appliance panels looking clean during handling, assembly and everyday use, and it is available with a chromium free formulation for markets that restrict hexavalent chromium.

HYX supplies AFP plate from 0.4mm to 1.5mm with a matte finish that resists smudging and reduces cleaning frequency. The film does not affect forming or welding, so the material is easily processed into front panels, doors and housings while keeping a neat, finger-mark free appearance.

Anti fingerprint plate is favoured for household appliance panels such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and microwave ovens. The film keeps surfaces clean through factory handling and customer use, so products reach the market looking tidy without extra polishing.

The material also serves commercial refrigeration, vending equipment, electronic enclosures, shelving and display units. Manufacturers choose AFP galvanized plate wherever a clean, low maintenance surface is needed on steel that still benefits from zinc corrosion protection.

Each lot is inspected for coating weight, film quality and surface condition, and a mill test certificate is issued. HYX provides chromium free options where required and can arrange SGS or BV inspection for buyer assurance.

Sheets are strapped into bundles, wrapped with waterproof paper and placed on wooden pallets for ocean shipment. The packing protects the AFP surface from scratches and moisture and can be adapted to the handling and storage practice of the customer.
