ASTM A312 TP310S is a fully austenitic heat resistant stainless steel seamless pipe built on a high alloy chemistry of approximately 25 percent chromium and 20 percent nickel. This composition delivers outstanding resistance to oxidation, scaling and carburization at continuous service temperatures up to about 1150 °C, which makes the grade a proven material for furnace components, boiler superheaters and high temperature process piping. Every pipe is produced by hot piercing followed by cold drawing to guarantee a dense, homogeneous wall with no weld seam, so the tube can carry high internal pressure and withstand repeated thermal cycling without premature failure.
Because TP310S contains no molybdenum and relies on its high chromium and nickel content, it resists both oxidising and reducing atmospheres and performs well in sulphur bearing and nitriding environments. Finished pipes are solution annealed and either pickled or bright annealed to deliver a clean, scale free surface, and every heat is verified by spectrochemical analysis, hydrostatic testing and eddy current examination before shipment. Mill test certificates issued to EN 10204 3.1 give engineers traceable, reliable material for the most demanding elevated temperature duties, from power plant superheaters to petrochemical reformer tubing.

TP310S seamless pipe is specified for boiler superheater and reheater tubing, furnace and kiln internals, radiant tubes, high temperature heat exchangers, and process piping in power generation, petrochemical and metallurgical plants. Its combination of heat resistance, oxidation resistance and pressure capability makes it the material of choice wherever carbon steel or lower alloy grades would scale or creep too quickly. The pipe also suits industrial furnace muffle tubes, cement plant equipment and incineration systems that operate in aggressive, high temperature atmospheres.
Packaging & Quality AssurancePipes are supplied with protective plastic caps on both ends, bundled and bound with steel straps, and loaded onto fumigated wooden pallets or in seaworthy crates for export. Each bundle carries a label showing grade, heat number, size and quantity for full traceability. We provide mill test certificates, third party inspection reports and pre-shipment photographs on request, and we support CE, ISO 9001 and CNAS certified quality management throughout production. Custom cutting, bevelling and surface treatment are available to match your fabrication drawings.
