High pressure 316L stainless steel seamless pipe is manufactured to ASTM A312 and dimensional standards such as ASME B36.10 for oil, gas and chemical process piping that must combine corrosion resistance with reliable pressure containment. The seamless, cold drawn wall carries no weld seam, so it withstands high internal pressure, vibration and thermal cycling without the risk of weld related failure. The molybdenum bearing 316L chemistry resists pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride and sour service, and the low carbon content keeps the weld heat affected zone resistant to intergranular attack.
Pipes are supplied in a full range of schedules from SCH10 to SCHXXS and in nominal sizes from one eighth inch to twenty four inch, in random or fixed lengths. Each pipe is solution annealed, pickled and hydrostatically tested to the pressure required by the applicable schedule, with eddy current and impact testing available for critical projects. Pipes can be produced to comply with NACE MR0175 for sour service, and every order ships with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates for complete traceability from heat to site.

This pipe is specified for oil and gas gathering and transmission lines, refinery and petrochemical process piping, chemical plant transfer lines, high pressure water and steam systems, and offshore production manifolds. It is equally suited to power plant piping, desalination high pressure circuits and industrial hydraulic systems. Wherever a project requires a combination of pressure integrity, corrosion resistance and weldability in a single grade, 316L seamless pipe delivers dependable service and simplifies specification, procurement and maintenance over the life of the plant.
Packaging & Quality AssurancePipes are bevelled or plain ended as required, fitted with protective caps, bundled with steel straps and shipped on wooden pallets or in seaworthy crates for ocean transport. Each bundle is labelled with grade, heat number, schedule, size and quantity to support traceability. We provide mill test certificates, hydrostatic test reports and third party inspection documentation on request, backed by ISO 9001 and CE certified production. Cutting, bevelling, coating and custom end preparation are available to suit your project specification.
